This policy applies to free beta PixelCraft pattern downloads.
Free beta
PixelCraft is currently free to use. There is no payment, charge, refund, or paid cancellation process for free beta downloads.
Digital delivery
When you confirm a preview, you request immediate generation and delivery of a custom digital PDF pattern. The download link is normally available for 30 days.
When we will help
If the PDF cannot be downloaded, is corrupt, is missing promised pages, or materially differs from the confirmed preview and frozen delivery data, contact us and we may provide a replacement or regeneration at no cost.
Custom appearance
The confirmed preview shows the design data used for the delivered pattern. A change of preference after delivery does not guarantee manual rework, but feedback is welcome during the beta.
